GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

As customer, you can return our goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired to our twin warehouse: TSG Logistics B.V., Désiré De Bodtkaai 27, 9400 NINOVE B. In doing so, you must use the return label, which will be forwarded after your return request. you must use the original packing of the goods, and attach the return label on the packing unit in a clear and scannable way. you will drop the goods off at any DPD dropoff point and the costs of return will be for your expense. if we receive our twin goods back with the same care and state we created and sent them to you, you will receive a refund in the same means as your payment. please check the DPD site for the nearest point.

The provisions of this article apply only to Clients who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase articles online from ABV.
The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the Client or a third party designated by the Client, who isnot the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform :

of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. written letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but is not obliged to do so. The Customer may also complete the model withdrawal form or any other clearly worded statement electronically and send it via our website(www.anchored.be). If the Customer makes use of this option, we will immediately send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt ofhis withdrawal on a durable data carrier (e.g. by e-mail).” In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The Customer must return the goods without delay, and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract to ABV, to :

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
The direct costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately 5 EUR.
If the returned product has depreciated in any way, ABV reserves the right to hold the Client liable and to claim compensation for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from the Client’s use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Only items that are in their original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
If the Client withdraws from the agreement, ABV will refund to the Client all payments received from the Client up to that time, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after ABV has been informed of the Client’s decision to withdraw. In the case of sales contracts, ABV may wait to reimburse until it has received all the goods back, or until the Client has demonstrated that it has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
ABV will refund the Client using the same means of payment with which the Client made the original transaction, unless the Client has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Client will not be charged for such refund except for the cost of return transportation.
